Cash Voucher T&C

Terms & Conditions:

1. Validity period can be referred to the e-voucher, kindly check before making a purchase.
2. This voucher is valid for use at the Village Grocer & Ben's Independent Grocers outlets.
3. This voucher is only valid for use in physical stores, not applicable for online purchases, takeaway or delivery.
4. Only ONE (1) voucher can be used in a single transaction at a time. Original e-Voucher must be presented at cashier counter after placing order(s).
5. Voucher is valid only for one-time use.
6. Voucher is not valid for combined receipts or split transactions.
7. Voucher is not valid with other discounts or promotions.
8. Voucher is not valid for use with any delivery apps.
9. Voucher is strictly not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods & services.
10. There is strictly no refund, change or cancellation once order has been confirmed and payment has been made.
11. Any unused balance will be forfeited. Any excess payment will be paid for by customer.
12. This e-voucher cannot be resold.
13. Any requests to extend validity period due to failure to use the voucher within the specified validity date will not be entertained.
14. TFP Retail Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible for any loss or damage to this e-voucher.
15. TFP Retail Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right, at any time, to review and revise these terms & conditions without prior notice; and/or request for any documentation from the user for verification purposes.
